Junior Wavemakers
This is the team for swimmers 4-6 years old who can swim on their own but are not quite ready to participate in a swim meet. Swimsuit purchase is optional for Junior Wavemakers.
Parent Participation
We can’t do it without you! Many hands are required to put on a successful swim meet. One parent from each family should plan to work 5 shifts at swim meets. We will provide training for all jobs. If you choose, you may pay a $300 fee in lieu of volunteering.
Sponsorships
We need your help! Sponsorships help defray the costs associated with running the swim team, the Hytek scoring and electronic timing systems. We ask that you consider being a Wavemakers Sponsor for the 2025 swim team.
Sponsor Levels
Silver Sponsor: $150 Logo on website and banner
Gold Sponsor: $250 Logo on website, banner, and shirt
Diamond Sponsor: $500 Logo on website, banner, shirt, and reserved parking for home meets
Platinum Sponsor: $1500 Contact Anna Holder for details
Swimmer Attendance and Absence Notification
In order to place each swimmer in the races suitable for his/her skill level, please let us know via the website at least 1 week prior to the meet if you will not attend a meet.
Swim Team Communications
You will receive weekly communication by email addresses you list on the registration form concerning the upcoming meet, including volunteer job reminders, directions, swimmer absence query, and other news. Please feel free to contact board members with any questions you might have.
Atlanta Swim Association (ASA)
We are a part of ASA and will be operating under ASA rules, which can be viewed at League Rules
