NEEDED FOR TUESDAY:

Please sign up for the during the meet jobs by going to mtps.swimtopia.com and click on calendar and then job signup. We are in need of timers, runners, and more (especially for 2nd shift).

*If you sign up to volunteer and something happens (you get sick, stuck at work, etc) and are going to be late or not make it, please let us know so we can work out coverage.

TEAM PICTURES

We will have team pictures on Wednesday June 15 at Princeton Square (at 5:30). We will take a team picture and any families that want individual pictures will take those as well. They will have an order form for you to fill out that night. Please have your swimmers wear their team suit if they have one and their team shirt.

RSVP FOR MEETS

Please go ahead and RSVP for the last 2 meets if you will be missing either of them!

ASA CHAMPIONSHIPS

We will attend the ASA Championship Meet again this year at Georgia Tech, and it's back to "normal" with spectators allowed! Here is how it works...to swim in the meet, it is $35 per swimmer. Swimmers get to swim in 2 individual events and 2 relays (just like a normal meet). Our divisional championship (all the teams in our "region") will be on Thursday, June 30, at 9:30am-1PM. There is no final sessions this year, only the one session and they will combine all sessions virtually to see the ultimate winners of each event. We will be also need a few parents to help on deck and also to volunteer (more info to come).

I'm hoping we have a good group go like we did the last few years! We had over 60 attend in 2018 and about 50 in 2019! I need your form (attached) and $35 by Wednesday, June 22 if you are going to attend the meet. You can pay with cash or go to the website and click on “shop”. For those that want to participate in the state qualifying meet, we will use this meet as the state qualifying meet. The state meet is July 22 for 10&unders and July 23 for 11&ups at Cherokee Aquatic Center, and the Sandy Springs team will have practice somewhere in the area leading up to the meet.

Here is who has already paid so I just need your form to finish the registration. Form can be emailed or turn in a physical copy.

DYNAMO

Here is a note from Dynamo:

As we are known for our competitive side, we also pave the way to get kids excited about swimming through our Juniors program! This program allows kids and parents to get a small taste of what it is like to be on a year round team! It is a great opportunity for those families with multi-sport kids to fit with their schedule! There are many different levels and are open to all 18 and under swimmers!

We have currently 6 locations of a swim school running and operating! Our staff is always excited to teach and watch little ones grow in their water confidence! This is also a great time to teach fundamental skills that can be used as their swimming career begins!
