SWIM TEAM PICTURES

We have team pictures next Wednesday evening, more info in the weekly email this weekend.  The company sent me a form for parents to fill out in advance if possible, attached to this email. Here is a message from them:

We accept cash, checks and credit cards. We ask that they fill out a form for each child and/or sibling photo that they would like to order.

Example: They want Package A for Jane Jones, Package B for John Jones and an 8x10 of Jane and John Jones. They would need 3 forms. If they only want a sibling photo, it would be 1 form since they are not wanting individual of each child.
