MEET AT SPALDING WOODS-info from the other team (900 Spalding Drive)

Parking:
When you turn into the pool driveway, you may think you are heading into an apartment complex. As you approach the keypad that opens the gate for the complex, don't go through the gate. Instead, turn left and then follow the road up and around and then down a big hill to the main lower parking lot. We plan to have a couple of parking lot attendants helping you find parking. Our goal is for your team to use the main lower parking lot and our team to use the upper parking that you pass on the way to the lower parking lot. Again, someone will be there directing traffic. As the parking is limited and there is no street parking available, please encourage your families to carpool whenever possible. We will reserve one spot for your coach and one spot for the starter.

Concessions:
We will be selling pizza, pasta, hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, candy, fruit, and drinks. Cash or credit card is accepted. We appreciate your support for our concessions!

Please go ahead and RSVP for the last meet if you will be missing.  As a note, this meet is on MONDAY, June 26.

ASA CHAMPIONSHIPS - deadline this Wednesday, 6/21

We will attend the ASA Championship Meet again this year at Georgia Tech. Here is how it works...to swim in the meet, it is $45 per swimmer. Swimmers get to swim in 2 individual events and 2 relays (just like a normal meet). Our sessions is Wednesday, June 28, at 9:30am-1PM. There is no final sessions this year, only the one session and they will combine all sessions virtually to see the ultimate winners of each event. We will be also need a few parents to help on deck and also to volunteer (more info to come).

I would love to have a relay in each age group if we can! I need your form (attached) and $45 by Wednesday, June 21 if you are going to attend the meet. You can pay with cash or go to the website and click on “shop”. For those that want to participate in the state qualifying meet, we will use this meet as the state qualifying meet. The state meet is July 14 for 10&unders and July 15 for 11&ups at Columbus Aquatic Center, and the Sandy Springs team will have practice at Spalding Woods leading up to the meet.

PARKING - Prepaid parking will be available in the W10 parking deck that is adjacent to the CRC. To park in this deck, you must pre-buy a parking pass, you cannot pay at the gate. To pre-purchase parking please visit https://gatech.parkmobile.io/events . Parking costs will be between $12-15. Overflow parking for W10 and any day of parking for those who did not prepay is located at the W23 lot at 905 State St. These are relatively short walks from the pool.
