What an exciting meet!  We won 398-391!  You can't get much closer than that.  So many close races in all age groups as well...my voice is definitely hoarse today, haha.  Below is all the info, including some special shout outs and records broken!  Thanks for everyone who pitched in to help run a smooth meet or the 3rd week in a row...we're away for the last 2!

Here are the swimmers who have said they are NOT swimming (or are juniors) next Tuesday. If your child is not listed and they will NOT be swimming, please go to mtps.swimtopia.com, click on "calendar" and then "meet entry" to add their name by Friday. Thanks! If a junior shows us at practice that they are ready this week, we can enter them, they just have to do it at practice before Tuesday.

MEET RESULTS

We have lots to shout out from last night.  54% of our swims were improved times!  Huge shout out to Isaac Gunter and William Beach for swimming up an age group for their events to help out the team!  Isaac swam in the 11-12 boys races and William in the 15-18 boys races...thank you!  Big congratulations to Sadie Mann and James Holder for breaking team records!  Sadie broke both the 11-12 girls 50 free and 50 breast records!  James broke his own 11-12 50 breast record!  

I have attached the full results. Lots of kids swam things for the first time ever as well! As we get faster, it is harder to drop a lot of time at once, but we still had a lot of huge drops (see below). It is also totally normal for kids to add time, especially the little ones, depending on the day.

Below I have details for the biggest "loser" and first place finishes.

For every meet we choose a biggest "loser", meaning the person who drops or "loses" the most time. Our biggest losers this week are Preston Nufrio who dropped 49 seconds in 25 free and 1:26 in 25 back, and Norah Ryu who dropped 42 seconds in her 25 back!  Great job!
