8:30-9:25: 7-10 year olds

9:30-10: 6&unders

10:00-11: 11 and older

Evening practice times at Princeton Square (7476 Princeton Trace NE)

5:30-6PM: 6&unders

6-6:45PM: 7-10 year olds

6:45-7:30PM: 11 and older

CONCESSIONS AND THEME FOR TUESDAY

The other team has chosen "tropical night" as the theme of the meet. And here is info about concessions, including pre-order:

Meal pre-orders are due by 5 PM on Sunday, June 16, 2024.

Chick-Fil-A Meal Deal for $7.50:

Other Concessions will be available for Venmo or cash at the meet without preorder (exact cash preferred): cheese or pepperoni pizza slices, gatorade, water, chips, and candy!

Note: Our concessions are entirely Venmo pre-order for Chick-fil-A meals. At the meet you can use Venmo(@Vermack-SwimConcessions) or exact cash for other snacks and drinks. Remember to pre-order for all coaches’ meals.

POST MEET HANG OUT

The Trans have invited us to their restaurant, Battle and Brew, after the meet this week!  And all Wavemaker families will get 10% off, just state you are from Wavemakers.  5920 Roswell Road

ASA CHAMPIONSHIPS

We will attend the ASA Championship Meet again this year at Georgia Tech. Here is how it works...to swim in the meet, it is $48 per swimmer. Swimmers get to swim in 2 individual events and 2 relays (just like a normal meet). Our divisional championship (all the teams in our "region") will be on Wednesday, June 26, at 4pm. There is no final sessions this year, only the one session and they will combine all sessions virtually to see the ultimate winners of each event. We will be also need a few parents to help on deck and also to volunteer (more info to come).

I need your form (attached) and $48 by Wednesday, June19 if you are going to attend the meet. You can pay with cash or go to the website and click on “shop”. For those that want to participate in the state qualifying meet, we will use this meet as the state qualifying meet. The state meet is July 19 for 10&unders and July 20 for 11&ups at Columbus Aquatic Center, and the Sandy Springs team will have practice somewhere in the area leading up to the meet.

ASA Divisional and Championship T Shirts

ASA will again partner with Fine Designs Apparel. They will be providing ASA Championship t shirts and a broad line of specially designed items for this year’s big meet. They will again be onsite at the meet, and will be setting up an online shop for this year’s meet. The link to view their online store is ASA Championship Merchandise 

PARKING -

Prepaid parking will be available in the W10 parking deck that is adjacent to the CRC. To park in this deck, you must prebuy a parking pass, you cannot pay at the gate. To prepurchase parking please visit https://gatech.parkmobile.io/events . Parking costs will be between $12-15. Overflow parking for W10 and any day of parking for those who did not prepay is located at the W23 lot at 905 State St. These are relatively short walks from the pool. A map of the area can be found at Georgia Tech General Parking Map and ASA Parking Diagram and Map Please plan accordingly.
