I hope you have all had a nice weekend!  I forgot to include info about Olympic Trials in my weekly email.  They are daily for the next week with prelims airing on Peacock live at 11am and again with a shortened version on USA (times vary by the day, between 6 and 7).  Finals are always at 8, live on NBC.  It's great for all of our swimmers to watch!  

Leo is swimming on Thursday in the 50 free.  Not sure what time he'll swim as prelims start at 11 and the women's 200 backstroke heats are first.  They publish the heat sheet daily on this website, so I'll check it out Thursday and give my best estimate.  If you have Peacock, tune in to see him swim!
