Hey guys,

They have updated times for Wednesday due to the number of kids coming in the morning session and their updated time line.  Please see below.  The only change is our arrival time is later (3:10).  And the meet start time is now 4:15.  Also, the 15-18 girls will swim in the boys pool.

We haven't had any volunteers yet, and we need these or we can't swim.  Please consider volunteering.  All info is below:

WARMUP/ARRIVAL

We got a later warm-up time, which is great for swimming, bad for parking. We will all meet outside the aquatic center (750 Ferst Dr, Atlanta) at 3:10 and all go in together, it is really important that you are on time! I will have my tie-die red, Wavemakers shirt on, look for me outside. We'll take a group picture all together and then enter the building at the same time. Our swimmers will sit on deck, and we are assigned a bleacher (near the boys pool).

VOLUNTEERS

We need 2 timers (in the boys pool) and 1 runner (will get in lots of steps). I would like to split this in 2 shifts, and would love to have boys' parents be the timers as you'll get to see them swim since you would be in that pool, but it can be anyone, we just have to have it covered. Please email me what you can cover (timer or runner and which shift you prefer, 1st or 2nd). 1st shift will be 3:30-6, 2nd shift will be 6:00-meet finish (probably around 8:30)

Timer - serves as backup to the automatic timing system. 2 timers per lane, 1 person uses stopwatch, 1 person pushes the "finish" button to stop the automatic system.

Runner - posts results in the facility once printed, takes ribbon labels to awards room - lots of steps!
