Hey guys,

Please read if you are swimming tomorrow...

As a reminder, the coaches will be wearing their team shirts (easy to spot) and will meet you in the main hallway to bring the kids down.  If you get there after 7:15, we will already be on deck getting ready for warm-ups (please arrive by 7:15!) and you will need to walk your kids downstairs and look for our neon shirts.  We will keep the kids with us on deck during the meet, and parents will sit up in the stands.  The closer to the middle you sit, the better so that all parents can sit together and easily see both the boys' and girls' pools.  You are welcome to take your swimmer once they are finished swimming, but I would like for as many as possible to stay until the end for the awards presentation (especially if it looks like we will win a trophy).  And don't forget Mellow Mushroom on Roswell Rd right after for all who can come (each family pays for themselves).  I know it's a long day with the party tomorrow night, but knocking it all out at once really is better!

Thank you to all who stepped up to volunteer.  Here are the final assignments.  For 1st shift timers, please report at 8:30 to the bullpen on the deck.  You will also need to get a stopwatch from Ryan Bell as we have to provide our own.  1st shift awards, report to the scoring room (I'll show you where).  2nd shift workers, take note of who you are replacing, and you will just find them and switch out at 11.
