Hey guys,

I heard the ASA clinic was great yesterday!  I hate that I had to miss it.  We are missing a lot of boys this week (I think for a camp), so it is more critical than ever that I know who will and won't be at the meet on Tuesday. For last Tuesday's meet, I still had people RSVPing the day of that their child wouldn't be at the meet (and they weren't sick/hurt).  Please please RSVP.  See you all tonight for team pictures, 5:15 at Princeton Square.

 

KIDS FOR KIDS

If you are swimming at the Kids for Kids charity meet on Saturday, warm-ups were announced today.  We have 7:30-7:50 warm-ups.  Please arrive by 7:20.  We will warm up and then write on everyone's arm.  Thanks!

MEET RESULTS

Congratulations on a huge win on Tuesday night!  The score was Mark Trail 508 to Dunwoody North 287!  It was a total team effort as the meet ran smoothly in all aspects.  Thank you to all parents who timed, ran, judged, worked bullpen, did the computer, concessions, etc. etc. etc.  Special shout out to Kevin Hopper who stood right behind me during all relays and said "I know you'll need someone to run somewhere and fix something or find someone during relays, so I'm here to do it."  Awesome!  We did miss any races (except for illness)!!  We had 158 swims that were best times or the first time the swimmer had ever done that event!  That is AMAZING!  I have attached the results for you to look through, and if your child was disqualified (it will say DQ), we will talk to them at practice about why, so please tell them not to be upset about it...it happens to everyone at some point, even in the Olympics!

 

Our biggest loser of the meet is Violet Bell!  Violet dropped 47 seconds in her 25 backstroke!  Great job Violet!  Here are all swimmers who dropped 5+ seconds in an event...it's a LONG list...great job swimmers!
