Hey guys!

I'm so excited (and in disbelief!) that our first practice is already here!  We will most likely not be in the water tomorrow, but please come anyway!  We will have dry land activities, and it will give everyone a chance to learn everyone's name.  Please have your child wear their suit just in case, but also wear/bring tennis shoes.  As a reminder, the times are below along with an announcement about a Swim Across America clinic.

 

PRACTICE TIMES

6&younger- 5:30-6PM

7-10 year olds- 6-6:45PM
11&older- 6:45-7:30PM

 

SWIM ACROSS AMERICA

Here is an announcement from Franke Marsden (head of Atlanta Swim Association) about a clinic opportunity.  This is completely optional, but I wanted to pass it on in case anyone is interested:

 

The 2017 Swim Across America fundraiser is just around the corner.  They are raising money for cancer research. All of the donations go to the AFLAC Cancer and Blood Disorder Center and stay in our community. 
 

Swim Across America is hosting a swim clinic to raise money as the summer league season starts. They would like the clinic to be available to all swimmers.   Here is a Clinic Flyer.  

 

The clinic is May 21st from 1:30-3:00 or 3:30-5:00 pm. The clinic will be at the Sugarloaf Swim Atlanta pool and Swim Atlanta coaches will be instructing. It will be a refresher course on the four strokes and other basics.
