Hey guys,

This is my final email about this, I promise!  I spoke with a friend who coached in this league before and looked at results from last year's divisional round (in this division), and from what I saw and what she said, it is super important to have a relay in each age group.  I have listed below our biggest needs, but every kid will truly make a difference.  There were hardly any events last year in this divisional that had more than 24 people, and 24 places score points.  It could be different this year of course, but chances are it is similar and every kid who swims will score something.  A few have asked if their child would be able to help the team by coming...the answer is YES!  To put a number to it, the team that won last year (who is in it with us this year) had 78 kids go to the meet.  Currently we have 48 going.  Not that bigger means better, but it definitely helps when each kid is scoring points.  Top 3 teams get a trophy :)

If you are willing/able to swim, email me by 5PM Thursday (form attached).  This is the final deadline extension as I have to turn them in.  And you can bring the $20 to practice Friday/Monday.
