STATE QUALIFYING
Today is the last day to turn in your state qualifying entry sheets (in hard copy or email). I need these by 3PM today to turn them in on time. The state meet dates that I sent yesterday are incorrect (again). The correct dates are: July 25 (7-10's) and July 26 (11&ups).
MEET NEXT WEEK
Our meet next week against Riverside is a big one…they are also undefeated! For the meet we are doing a “pink out”. Both teams are asking all athletes and families to wear pink if possible (clothes, caps, goggles, suits-in they are racing suits). We will also be doing a coaches' relay at the end of the meet. BYRNWYCK MEET RESULTS
What a meet! The score on meet mobile was incorrect, so after all corrections were made, the final score was Mark Trail 287 to Byrnwyck 185!! We had some amazing swims, a lot of improvement, and awesome team spirit. I don’t think the 9-10 boys ever stopped cheering! We’ll definitely need that at the Riverside meet! The full results are attached to this email.
The swimmers below all dropped 5+ seconds in an event at the meet…congratulate all of them! And our biggest “loser” of the meet was Lauren Bell who dropped 29 seconds in her 100 IM!
