Hi Wavemakers,

The Wavemakers were ready for the big meet last night with Hammond Hills, but right before we were to begin, the bottom fell out of the sky. The storm was so bad the meet was called due to weather. The good news is that we were able to reschedule for this Thursday, June 12. We appreciate your understanding of the following updates resulting from the rescheduled meet time:

1) - Volunteer needs - Jenn has updated the Sign Up Genius for tomorrow' meet, keeping everyone in their same volunteer slots. IF YOU CANNOT volunteer tomorow night, please click on the link below and edit your sign up. If you had not previously signed up for this week's meet and CAN help, we need you! 2) - Meet attendance - Julie needs all attendance changes ASAP. Please text/call your friends to make sure they also are letting Julie know. She must have all attendance changes tonight by 8 pm. Email her IF:

1. I was NOT at the meet on Tuesday, but will be there tomorrow.

2. I was at the meet on Tuesday, but will NOT be there tomorrow.

3. I was arriving late on Tuesday and will/will not arrive late tomorrow.

3) Arrival and parking details - Coach Julie would like all swimmers to be in the bull pen BY 5 pm to get marked up. We suggest you arrive by 4:45 to get a parking space and allow time to walk to the pool. Please carpool if possible to reduce the number of cars needing spaces. We know there is a potential for rain again Thursday and will make a decision as early as possible Thursday evening as to whether the meet will move forward or be postponed once again.
